FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does OptiQube cost?

You can start free with 1,000 credits for 30 days. Paid plans are Starter at $25, Growth at $65 and Pro at $160 a month billed yearly, or $29, $79 and $189 billed monthly.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You get 1,000 credits for 30 days: generate and preview creatives and connect one product feed. To publish to Meta, pick a paid plan.

What are credits?

Credits are what the agent uses when it generates creatives. Your monthly credits arrive on your billing date. On Growth, unused credits stay for 60 days; on Pro, for 90 days.

What happens if I run out of credits?

On a paid plan you can buy a top-up at any time, from $49 for 5,000 credits. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months.

What counts as a connected product feed?

One store (domain) is one feed slot. Changing how that store connects, for example from an XML feed to its API, does not use a new slot. To connect more stores, move up a plan.

Which stores can I connect?

Meta catalogs, XML feeds (Google Shopping or Meta-style), Shopify, WooCommerce, Unas and Shoprenter.

Will OptiQube spend my Meta budget?

Not without you. Creatives land in a campaign draft, and when you activate it, it goes up to Meta paused, so nothing spends until you say so.

How does annual billing work?

You pay a lower monthly price, a year up front, and your credits still arrive every month. You can move up a plan during the year and only pay the difference for the months left.

I run an agency. Which plan is for me?

Agency plans come with more feeds, more credits and sub-accounts for your clients. See agency plans.

Stop running the same
Meta playbook as everyone else.

Run the one with an unfair advantage.
